Oyster Collection
Here you’ll find a selection of available works across my subjects and mediums. These are pieces I’ve created in the studio in between collections and commission work. I’d love for one to find a home with you!
This oil painting was particularly fun for me because I lived on the East Coast. Chesapeake oysters are prevalent and so beautiful in color. The rustic antique oyster knife is a favorite of mine.
Size: 16x20 inches, perfect for any wall space.
Features detailed depiction of Eastern Chesapeake oysters.
Gouache on Paper, 8×10, A lovely small painting with touches of burnt sienna
9×12, Oil on board, Shigoku oysters have the prettiest ruffled edges and round cup shape. These had a deep purple scar. Painting on a smooth board allowed me to wipe away top layers of paint to have the imprimatura glow underneath.
